How Can I Manage Payment with Stripe?

    Curious how to charge different amount from Authorized amount using Stripe. Trying to do this for a trial period and charge different amount later. Do you just use the Jotform Stripe widget to collect card info and click No on "Charge Customer Immediately" button, then the rest is handled on the Stripe merchant side? Or is there something special that's done on the Jotform side?

    Any other guides / documentation on this much appreciated.

    Hi,

    If you have connected with your own Stripe account, I recommend you use Stripe Dashboard. "Stripe Dashboard" lets you view and manage all your Stripe data, customers, plans, and balances. You can refund customers, review possible fraudulent charges, and manage disputes, as well as access everything from bank transfers to HTTP request logs. The Dashboard mobile app lets you see your daily earnings, new customers, and payments.

    You can manage and remove subscriptions in the Stripe dashboard:

    Active subscriptions from JotForm integration goes to this dashboard page, it is not possible to remove active subscriptions from our Stripe payment integration on JotForm side but from the Stripe dashboard only. 

    In Stripe Dashboard, you can see "Payments", "Customers", "Billing" and other options on the left panel.
