Jotform Submission Inbox Bug: Signatures on the submission's document inbox aren't seen

    Hi.  When our clients submit our forms, the signature does not appear when we open the document in the inbox.

    I checked your form. We have escalated your problem to the authorized team. However, we can’t give you an ETA on it, as it depends on their workload. We will inform you on this thread when they have any updates.
