Unable to add the Mobile Responsive Widget

    Hello I am unable to add the mobile responsive widget to the form https://colas.jotform.com/200864347298969 because I am locked into using v4 and i am unable to change the form builder to v3 it doesn't do anything, please can you resolve this urgently.

    I I also do not understand why the enterprise license seems to have less support than the standard license i am unable use field merger or microsoft forms API and i don't even know where i am meant to get support form you...

    Hi Joe,

    The mobile responsive widget has been removed in the v4 builder and the v3 builder is no longer available on either platform.  It was removed when we updated to fully mobile responsive forms by default:

    It looks like you are potentially using a theme for your form that does not have mobile responsive CSS applied, switching to a different them would allow for the responsiveness.  Here is a clone of your form with a similar updated theme applied:

    It is fully responsive on mobile.  I used the "Pastel" theme:

    The field manager app is being updated to work with Enterprise.  The external apps need to be modified for use on Enterprise since they connect externally.  We have updated a few already and they are accessible with a slight:

    The field manager app app does still need to be updated, I'll send a ticket for it and let you know once it is.

    For the Microsoft issue, we have been trying to work with Microsoft to allow for connection to our Enterprise servers but they are extremely slow with responses.  Microsoft flow integration may take some time to update for Enterprise.
