when you go to form URL you get a message saying "form over quota"
I wanted to go in to see my form and it's gone?

You have exceeded the Secure SSL Submission quota for your account.
To increase the quota for that, you can always upgrade. You can also simply wait for the next month for the count to be reset. Thanks!
