No SUBMIT button on form

Hello,

I am having people fill out our adoption application & when they get to the end, there is NO Submit button.

I did a trial & filled out one to see what was happening & provided the link below.

Hello, there is indeed no submit button in your form. I think it may have been deleted, you can just add it from the basic form elements.
