Is there some way to automatically route them to the hippa compliant site?

I created 2 registration forms, with a unique link that has been distributed, and then added the hippa compliance not realizing that it would change the beginning of the web site address.  We are working on getting the new link out to parents but if someone was to use the old link is there some way to automatically route them to the hippa compliant site?

This is the link we originally gave out: https://form.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult

This is the current link: https://hipaa.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult

Thank you for contacting us. Is the new link from a different form or the same form?

Please note that if the new link will be changed in the same form, there is no way to reroute the users to the new link.

However, if the form link will continue the same, and you will use a different form, you can put the link of the new form in the form warning message:

The way its set up right now its the same form.  If I duplicate the form can I put the warning message on one? Would that work?

You can clone the form, and the clone version should be set up with the new URL. So, it can be put in the Warning Message of the original form which is disabled.

In this way, the people who were provided with the original URL, will see the new URL in the warning message.

I cloned the form, changed the original form back to non-HIPPA compliant but it is not changing the url back to the forms.jotform.com it stays as hippa.jotform.com so the original link does not work at all.  Any other suggestions?

Hi, I assume that the original form is the one called "2020 Camp Registration Form - Adult". Which is where you want to put the link of the new form in the warning message.

As you said, the link you originally gave out was: https://form.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult

But, it is not working because it currently is: https://form.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult2

You may remove the number 2 at the end of the URL, so when the users access the original URL, they will see the warning message that shows the new link to the clone version.

I removed the 2 from the original form and now get the warning message I need.  The problem now is that the cloned form will not let me change the url to what I want it to be, it says the slug is already in use.

The URL of the new form does not have to be "https://hipaa.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult", since the original form can either be loaded with "https://form.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult" or "https://hipaa.jotform.com/a10daycamp/adult".

Please note that the original form will remain HIPAA compliant regardless of the domain name, form.jotform.com or hipaa.jotform.com, used.

I apologize for the confusion, I thought that your intention was to change the "a10daycamp/adult" part. So, there is no need to create a second form. The users who loads the form via "form.jotform.com" will still see the HIPAA badge, please check my HIPAA form:
