Template or suggestionfor check-in form?

Any suggestions on how to use jotforms for electronic check-in? People registered and now I want to use it for check-in once they arrive. Any templates or suggestions to use to best achieve this?

You can achieve these using the following.

1. There should be an E-mail field from your original form.

This is mandatory as you will need to use the registrants email data as the validation data when they arrive.

2. Add Spreadsheet to Form widget on the form.

You can use the E-mail field as the key field that the registrants will use when they arrive to check-in.
