Reports To Cloud: the app is stuck at the login screen through Google Chrome

    I just tried to sign-in on the app, but it doesnt work ...

    1. I enter my user and password.(Image 1)

    2. I hit the Sign-In button and it shows this :(Image 2)

    3. And then it shows the login page again, and i tried this more then 5 times.

    Can you please help me find the solution.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

    I was able to replicate the problem through Google Chrome. It's not allowing you to proceed, it is stuck with the login/authentication screen. It worked with Firefox so I suggest doing the app configuration through this browser.

    I have reported this thread to our backend team for further investigation. Once we have an update, you will be notified here.

    Hey again...

    Thanks for the advice, i was able to log-in on firefox. But im not yet able to mange downloading the excel file to my dropbox acount. I can only integrate with my dropbox and select the form i want to download, but nothing else, there's no other option on the app. Can you check if there's a problem or do you have any tutorial i can read or watch on how to use the app i'll apreciate it.

    I was able to do it. After you authenticated your Jotform account, you will be asked to connect to Dropbox. Select the form. Select the corresponding report from the selected form. Select Folder on Dropbox, and that's it.

    Hey Again.

    Thanks for the short clip, it was very helpfull. But now im having a diferent issue.

    I was able to do all the correct steps you showed me (Images above).

    But NO report is created on my dropbox folder. I've already tried completing forms several times with different browsers but nothing happens.

    Can you please help me.
