My users gets an error message when they try to download the PDF attachment which is sent once someone completes my form:

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
This was caused by your account's privacy settings. If you wish to share your submission data (in PDF) with others, go to your:
Account's Settings page https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings > then uncheck the Require log-in to see the submissions checkbox.
While you're at it, you can also uncheck the next option below that, Require log-in to view uploaded files if you want to share your uploaded files too.
