I am testing a new form (new user here...) and I uploaded a picture, a document and an audio file. These will be the typical files I will be receiving from users visiting my site using JotForm.
I don't quite understand HOW to download the files. The picture file opens is a new browser window - I guess I can always "right-click" and save. The document (in pdf) opens my Acrobat program, so I guess I can save it from there. However, the audio track opens an adio player and streams the file with no downloading options.
In reality, I would rather have the option of simply downloading each file element to my hard drive. I can't seem to find this option. Obviously, the files are residing on your server... how do I retrieve them? Ideally, I don't want to have to log-into my Dropbox account. Can't I simply access the files through your service?
Thanks, Joe Alonso - SONGWARD
