My colleagues (only the ones with Windows XP and IE8) have problems opening the forms as of today.
Before it worked fine, but all of a sudden it's not working anymore.
The pop-up appears, shows the form for 1 second.. and than it dissapears. No problems when using Windows XP and Firefox. No problems when using Windows 7 and IE9.
Has there been an update or something? Can anyone help me with this?

Can you please check if your IE8 browser has a pop up blocker enabled? Please try to reset your browser to its default setting as well. We would also like to know if you are receiving any sort of error message when this happens?

No popup blocker. Nothing changes when I set it to default. No error message unfortunately.

Any news regarding this matter? We are still having the same problem...
I'm also having problems with my shared forms. My colleagues who is a subuser, can't access the shared form at this moment, and has this problem more often. The page just doesn't seem to load, stays blanc.

Unfortunately there's no available updates about this as of the moment. We are still waiting any informations from our dev team about this. Hopefully they'll work on this until the required resources are available. We will keep you posted for any progress on this issue.
Regarding on the second problem, please post it in a new thread so we can focusly asssist you there without making any branches on this topic.
