I would like to know the ramifications of moving the Jotform folder into another folder eg. SortMyBox?

Asked by salessupportDV on May 30, 2013 at 02:02 PM

In need of a solution that will ultimately be making a copy of each form submission folder, into a Master Queue folder, for our team to process as they arrive.

SortMybox seemed like a good option for  this, but this idea would require me to put the Jotform folder into the SortMyBox folder as part of their integration to work.

Would you be able to let me know if this is feasible without disrupting my already working Jotform integration, or alternatively, a more prudent solution to this issue?

    Best,

    Eric

It looks like if you move the folder with the Jotform submissions to SortMyBox, it might brake the integration.

I would recommend you to make a test form, integrate it with dropbox and then try to manage the folder from SortMyBox
