Error: Your JotForm Account Is Over Quota

    I have a Jot Form free account: I deleted all images and files in my space but I receive the following message in submitting new images: Error: Your JotForm Account Is Over Quota.

    Hi Antonio,

    I logged in to your account and couldn't replicate your situation. I didn't have any problems uploading image files into your account as well, as evidenced by the screenshot below:

     

    Try clearing your browser's cache by pressing Alt, Ctrl, and Delete keys all at the same time. Then, log out your account and then log back in.

    Try this workaround and see if it works for you. Let us know if it doesn't solve your problem.

    I cleaned My browser's cache (Internet explorer and Google chrome) but problem isn't solved. If you submit images from my site http://www.antonioseverini.com/shop.html message error appears again.

    Problem was reported by users of my site too.

    Hello Antonio,

    Can you give us details about the image that you were trying to upload which returned an error?

    It would also be best if you could provide us a screenshot of this problem.  At the moment we could not replicate the issue, we'd be grateful if there are more information that can be shared which can help solve this issue.

    I liyam,

    the image I uploaded to test is very light, only 3.9 KB: aurora boreal win XP.

    Here is the screen that appears:

    Your JotForm Account Is Over Quota.

    Again, I have a free account and I deleted all the images from my space.

    Thank you for this information, Antonio.

    I see now what's happening.  Your form is still using the version 2 of JotForm.  No wonder why we can't seem to replicate the problem as we all are viewing your form in v3 already.

    I will submit a ticket to our development team to look into this matter.

    Please do not post questions related to JotForm version 2 (v2.jotform.com) on this forum. This is JotForm v3 only. You will find a contact page on version 2. Use that form in the future.

    Fixed your space problem on v2 now. Your forms should work properly now.
