Continue Forms Later: Save button not displaying on embedded classic forms

My clients are completing the form I created, but when they click Submit, nothing happens. It takes them to another page in the form (page 3) but there is no submission generated.

Also, in settings I am set up to allow for save and finish later, but the form is not showing a save button at all. With such a long form, this is a problem.

    Please help.

Updated question: I have discovered that the form when embedded at my website reads differently in all of these respects than if you go to the form directly using the jotform link.

And upon further experimentation, I find that if I use the iFrame link, everything works fine, but if I just use the embed link, it doesn't work at all.

    Suggested approaches?

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused.

I was able to reproduce the issue with a missing Save button when the JS embed code is used. A bug report ticket has been escalated to our developers, so we will let you know if we have any updates on this.

It should be perfectly fine to use the iFrame code. The iFrame code is universal and works great with most platforms.
