Do you offer an ad free option for the forms purpose?

    Hello I am just trying out your services to create sign up forms for my new website currently under development .

    Need to know if I can integrate one or two Sign up forms on the home page using jotform
    and
    how can I use the content submitted like  videos into my website. For example a public or private gallery with a lock screen feature for certain people to see the videos on my website.
    And lastly, do you offer an ad free option for the forms purpose?

    In order to remove the ads you need to upgrade your account. If you are already a paid user you can remove the ads from the settings tab on your account.
