One of our forms is not showing one field (birth date) and it's a mandatory data to continue. This is something that happens lately, it was ok some weeks ago. There's no possibility to select the date from the calendar nor write it manually. My colleague in Spain had the same problem and she was advised to empty the cache. It worked and now the data field is fine. I also emptied the cache but still the birth date field does not work.

After checking your form, I can confirm that now the form is up and running, and the date picker is showing the calendar field.

I tested your form from my end and could view the Date Picker field correctly:
It could have been a cache issue. I have cleared the form cache. Could you check from your end if you are still facing the issue with the Date Picker field?
