I logged in to your account and checked the form in question to compare with the embedded form in your website. They appear to be identical, the embedded form seems to be updated so I don't understand why you said that it is not updating.
I assume that you have used Source codes before compared to Embed codes like what you're using now.
When embedding your form, iFrame and Embed methods are your best bet, as they instantaneously reflect any changes you make in your form.
Source offers more flexibility and customization since you can alter the whole form's framework, but changes made using the Form Builder cannot be reflected in your embedded form.
Hopefully, since you're now using Embed method, you'll never have to update your codes in your pages again.
I hope you find this information useful. Please let us know if you have further questions.
