Collection of passports numbers are allowed given that you will add the mandatory widgets (Terms and Conditions and Signature widgets) or enable form encryption on your form/s.

Kindly refer to our Terms of Use for more information.

I have deleted the fields for now from your Form and activated your account.

I recommend you add the E-Signature and the Terms & Conditions widget explaining to the user that they agree to give sensitive data such as Passport Number.
