All integrations are duplicating Google spreadsheets on each form submission... We have a lot of spreadsheet copies right now and they keep on duplicating on each form submission!
In one form, I tried removing the integration and re-creating it, and it seems to work fine. But it's a huge work each time I do that, because I have a very specific format in Google Spreadsheet.
So I'd like another solution rather than removing all integrations, recreating them all, and reapplying all formats again to the Spreadsheets.
Besides, I don't know why that happened, and if it happens again, I will have to do it all over again. So it's no safe option.
Is it possible to tell you what Google Spreadsheet to save the data into, for each form integration, instead of letting the integration create a new one?
PS: By the way, noone is modifying the Google spreadsheets headers directly (nor any other part of the Spreadsheet), which could be a cause for that behaviour...Page URL:

I am not able to reproduce this issue when I tested using a cloned of your form.

What I can suggest for you to do right now, is try to clone your form (guide: Form-Cloning). Then integrate the cloned form.
I know it will become a different form, and submissions will different. But you can at least try this method for now, and check if this resolves the spreadsheet duplication issue every time the form is submitted.

I think it would be simpler to remove integration and re-integrate...
It worked with one of my forms, so it should do the same with the rest, despite I wanted to avoid it for the described reasons...
Do you think that cloning the form could prevent the problem from ocurring in the future?
I mean: cloning the form and integrating, is it better than just removing integration and integratin again?

Removing and re-integrating with google spreadsheet should definitely help.
Also, I have cloned several forms and was not able to reproduce this issue. You may like to clone and integrate with google spreadsheet and see if that solves your issue.

We don't know why this happenned... it seems to be something like a random issue on the integrations. I hope it does not occur again in the future!
