    DropBox Integration creates two different folders for every single submission when Unique ID field is set as the folder name

    My form http://www.jotformeu.com/?formID=22995652276365.

    I have setted up integration with ftp and dropbox. And every submissions with files for this submissions should placed to the folder with name of field "Code" wich consist of permanent part SYS- and variable part 000XX wich includes consequent unique numbers.


    When someone filling form - submission (pdf with filed form) is puted to the correct place - to the new created folder with name from field "Code" (f.e. SYS-00081) but file which uploaded to this submission is putted to the another new created folder with only numberic name and this numberic value is not even equal to the number where sumbission stored (f.e. 80).

    this situation is for ftp and dropbox. for sinhronisation with google drive is everything si ok.

    Can you please help me to fix it??

    I was able to replicate the problem with DropBox so I have escalated this thread to our higher team. Hopefully they will be able to correct this as soon as possible.

    Dear Kenneth,

    Seems, like problem with dropbox is fixed.

    However, the same problem with FTP is still there.

    And I am also can see problem with cyrilic letters when uploading to dropbox and ftp.

    Since the ticket is created only for the Dropbox Integration. Let me create another thread which discuss the FTP Integration issue. We will also try to reproduce the problem here and get back to you.

    I've run a test just now regarding on FTP submission and I can't reproduced the problem you've mentioned. Please check my post on this thread: http://www.jotform.me/answers/230215-Send-Uploads-to-FTP#0. I would suggest to test the provided form and check the FTP files. It would also help if you could resetup the FTP settings on your form. See if that helps.
