We don't receive the submissions by email

    Dear Sir or Madame,


    Unfortunately we have noticed today that we don't receive the submissions from our website over past months. I have checked our Spam folder but didn't find anything. Please could you help us to resolve the problem.

    Hi Kristina,

    Problem should now be resolved. Please make a test with your form.

    Your email was in the bounce list due to the following reason:

    info@dik-rovinj.com is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : 5.3.0 - Other mail system problem 554-'5.7.1 Spam not welcome #026#'

    To my understanding, your email service provide blocked us from sending notifications. We'd suggest to check this article to learn how to prevent this: How to setup email alerts to prevent email bouncing related issues

    Thank you very much for your help.
    We have been using your service for almost 5 years and have always
    been very satisfied. Also we never had any issues before. I will
