If you are referring to maximum amount of submissions can be made using paypal, yes there is, it's 10 payment submissions per month for free users and 1000 for premium. More informations can be found on our Pricing page.
However if you are referring to the paypal products that can be ordered from your form, no, there's no limit for that.
