Repeat fields according to the number of delegatesAsked by yuggybear on June 03, 2013 at 04:05 AM
I would like to be able to take registration data for delegates on a convention. I need a conditional dropdown (no of delegates) that will show a part of the form (previously hidden) to take individual delegate information. SO If someone selects 5 for 'Number of delepgates' then the form would show 5 areas to collate the delegate info for each person. Is this possible?
Here's an example: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22886773026967?
You can also group fields so you can hide/show them all at once with single condition. How to Hide or Show Multiple Fields at Once Based On a Single Conditional Entry
Hope this helps. Thanks!
