integration with google Spreadsheets

    I've integrated my form with google Spreadsheets. I'm reciving the answers and the system it is automatically generating several google docs! It means that i've some answers in a spreadsheet and some others in others spreadsheets.

    Is it normal? Any idea / suggestions?

    Do you mean to say that you have integrated your form with google spreadsheet and each new submission on your form creates a new google spreadsheet? That's strange. I cloned your form and integrated it with google spreadsheet. I was not able to reproduce this issue.

    Please let us know if your continue to have this issue and we will investigate further.

    yes, almost a new speradsheet for each new submission.

    In particular, the problem started after the test phase (when i began to recive several submissions).

    Please make sure that the fields in your Google spreadsheet are equal to the fields in your Jotform. When creating or adding a new field in your form, this is likely what will happen when the field is not available in your Google Spreadsheet. In other words, when you add a new field, you will need to reintegrate Google Spreadsheet again.

    How to get all current and up-to-date submission into a new google spreadsheet?


    Why do you import only 2000 oldest entries into a new google spreadsheet?

    When will the missing 1084 entries be added?

    Will this happen automatically or do I have to add the missing entries manually into the google docs?
