When person 2 opens the link in the Unloading email, the formatting of the first question is skewed.

I have a few additional problems, however, they are not as important as the last one I posted

Problem 2:

On an iPhone, when person 2 opens the link in the Unloading email, the formatting of the first question is skewed.

On a computer, when person 2 opens up the link in the Unloading email, they are brought to a blank screen.

Do you mean the edit submission link?

If so, can you please try opening the link using another browser app and see if you will replicate the issue there?

Also, Is there any way you can take a short clip of the problem? That would help us troubleshoot this for you. You can upload the screencast on Google Drive or Dropbox and then share with us the shareable link so we can view it on our end.
