    Order form help

Asked by Cinderella on June 03, 2013 at 12:48 PM

I have tried everything imagineable! I created an order form using conditions. Spent several hours doing them. When I go to my website and click on an item as if I were going to order, it shows most (not all) my fields. The order area isnt event showing.

I have several "conditions" but two defaults. One is for if Keepsakes is filled then show and hide. That one looks correct

the second one is for if personalized party favors is filled then show and hide. That one looks correct.

    Please advise..

I will admit I am a bit confused right now as to what the exact problem other then it's clearly obvious you stated you are having problems with the Conditional Logic on your form.

I see you mentioned Keepsakes and Personalized Party favors is working right. I started to look over some of your rules but i'm not entirely certain of how you want it if any of them are incorrect though it's noted that you have a couple sets of grouped conditions using several actions. Some of them are probably conflicting with other conditions you have because of this since there are so many. One thing you may want to try is making a clone of your form then remove the conditions on the clone then add them back in One by One but test it each time you do it this way you can check to ensure it is working the way you want it. Otherwise if you do not, then you try to go back and fix it later it may cause further problems if something is input wrong or if it conflicts with another rule per say.

Can you please provide us with examples of which fields on your form are giving you issues so that we can try to help you with this?
