Form URL shows an insecure sign

We have a client questionnaire form that is showing up as not secure.  I thought that all JotForms are secure- is there a switch to turn this on?  How can we make this secure.

We have noticed that there is an image that is using an insecure URL.

There is some issue with the theme you are having. I would suggest you clone the form and then change the template of the form to see if this resolves the issue.

What do you mean by change the template of the form?  I have cloned it....now what are the next steps?

Once you have cloned the form and to switch to a different template you can check this Gif:

However, this will reset all the designs you have in the Form. You have to apply the formatting once again.
