We have had a few issues with our form, where it kept on crashing or freezing on some applicants computers. I was recommended to take the autofill feature off, and set up a second form in order for applicants to save their progress on the form, like in this article How to Save Forms to Continue Later.
However, after looking through the article several times, the content of the main form is still not saving when you close the browser. I have discussed this issue in another topic at http://www.jotform.com/answers/224033-My-form-keeps-freezing-when-autofill-is-enabled and was recommented to start a new topic.

I have now escalated this issue to our higher team. I think I've found a pattern that causes the session data not being saved. Our team will get back to you with updates once this is fixed.

Hi, have you you managed to find the problem with our form yet?
We'd like to use the form for another role we have got at the moment if possible.

We don't have any update on this yet but your issue is already assisgned to one of our key developer. As soon as there are any updates from them, you will get the notification via this thread.

We apologize for this delayed response, James. It took some time to figure out what was going on. We've now managed to fix this issue. Using sessions with your form should be working fine now.
