    Why does pre-population URL has been cut-off in MS Outlook?

    Users are clicking on the link, but the form isnt auto-filling correctly.

    What is exactly the escenario for this?

    Are you looking for to have a form to get autofilled or prepopulated ?

    The autoresponder's link isnt formatted correctly.  There are breaks in the link that the end user needs to click.  Since there are  breaks, some of the info isnt auto-filling.

    Hi,

    I've check further your form and as far as I can see, the form works. The pre-population works on your form.

    Are you clicking the "Online Survey" link or the link under it that you would have to possibly cut and paste into a browser?

    This is what the email looks like.  The link is broken and if the customer clicks it, some of the auto-propagating doesnt work.

    Both methods work on my end using IE9 (ActiveX Filtering Turn-Off, Compatibility View Settings set to IE9 Standards), Chrome, FF and Opera in Win7.

    When using the "Online Survey" link:

    I sent a screen shot.  In your screen shots, I cant see the part where Im having the problem.  The link seems broken after the pack date field.

    The link is fine, I can't see any spaces. Probably an issue with MS Outlook, with encoding links. You may consider hyperlinking the full URL instead?

    Make sure to hit "Insert" button and "Finish" to saved.

    That seems to have fixed it.  Also, when you hit return when filling in the "Packed By" and "Driver/Crew" fields, there are HTML line breaks in the autoresponder.

    Hi,

    I am able to replicate the same. This is a possible bug so I suggest creating another thread so we can forward that to our developers for them to further investigate the cause.
