When I look at your actual form it looks fine:
Your web page gives an empty screen though. You may need to update the form code on your site.

The form is still loading after 8 hours: i am trying to load a form that has 100 product codes on their and yet so far only 42 have loaded. This is ridiculously slow for a service i pay for.
I have now spent 10 hours stuffing around with the form loading each part one by one and then having to redo it everytime your server freezes, i have had my internet provider check it from my end and my DSL speed is fine and other pages with bigger files are working very fast.
It is also stupid that you do not have either a chat tech help available or a phone number to be contacted on considering we pay money for this.
To load the first 42 part numbers on the purchase order function it took 4 hours with the little save icon spinning around. So far this batch of 60 is now onto it's eight hour and fourth time i have had to create them and agian the little save icon is spinning around and when i gop to refresh the page it says the page has unsaved info do you want to continue - which obviously the answer is no and i have to still wait some more.

When will this get looked at as we require this form do do business please
and if i have to enter all the codes again i am going to scream.
You should hae a way that you can import codes via .csv or equla to that.
It is a very long process to enter 1 by 1 each code then select the quanitity sell units then the sell value etc....

Sorry guys to bug you but i have now been patiantly waiting since 6:30am (Australian Time) to what is now 8:30pm now going on 14 hours and i am still watching this save button spinning when i am trying to save my form. If i close it down then open explorer up again i will lose everything. In comparison i have downloaded 3 full HD quality movies in the space of an hour so i know it is not my connection.
How can we get my 100 products loaded on my purchase order function of the form with the right settings on each item urgently.
Once again it is not as if this is a free service and i am being ungratefull, we are a company that will rely on this form within the next 12 hours so we need it set up and working.

we apologize for this inconvenience and delay. Our development team has been quite busy for a while now. Not sure how long it will take them to be able to look into this. I have increased the priority of this matter.

This is BULL CRAP the page has now re set and 60 of my product codes that took me hours to enter have gone again!!!!!!
What the hell is going on?

It is now 9:34pm Australian time and i have been patient since 6:30am this morning with this form.
I have a very big client i need to show this is working to in a little under 12 hours now.
As per above i have now re entered all 100 products now 6 six times and still only 42 show up.
Further more every time i now close internet explorer and open it up again on my form page it starts saving and does does stop - which also stops me from further editing and finishing this form.
I am trying to be polite about this, however like per above i have paid money for this form application and it is not working.
I need this to work in the next couple of hours please my whole business and a major contract rely on this form being completed and working.

If you are worring about losing data while making changes on a large form, use the "Clone Form" feature on the "My Forms" page to create backups. Right click on a form and then select "Clone Form". Then rename the form with date and time of the clone.
It should not take very long time to save a form. If it takes more than 5 minutes, something must have gone wrong. You should probably refresh the page. Backup the form using clone feature and if you lose part of the form because the saving is not complete, you can restart from a recent backup.
I hope this provides a workflow for you to work faster and without worrying about losing data.
