I've had my forms up and running for a week but not all the notification recipients are receiving the e-mails (when they have previously received them without a problem) any ideas what I can do?

I have checked your form email notification and it appears to have been set correctly. Can you please try Whitelisting Jotmails IP address and see if it resolved the issue?
I would also recommend checking on the spam inbox as the email might have been forwarded there.
