I have followed these steps and still no email. The submissions are in my account but have not gone to my email address.

Hello! I checked your account and found out that the Email you are using is indeed
gmail only has one "l". You may have typed the extra "l" by mistake and that is precisely why you are not getting any emails.
You would need to correct the spelling and update your email in the Accounts setting to firstname.lastname@example.org
