My client is getting one empty form submitted to his email every day. I have setup the form to be all required fields. Is there a solutions to this?

    Hi there!

    I checked your form submissions page and I see no blank submitted data? Could it be your email notification was messed up? I checked your form notification and it seems to be fine now though it doesn't have the same template you've posted here so I guess you've recreated it? If yes, you've taken the right step, that should fixed it.
