I'm doing a test in our website Booking form but it looks like i don't receive any email at all, i forgot the password but i still can access the account where the information and details will be send to...i don't receive the email from you regarding the changes of the password...people said the booking form is not working pls help.

I have resent your login details to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Belw is the reason why you not able to receive notification:
email@example.com is in our bounce list.
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.7.1 Recipient not authorized, your IP = has been found on a block list'
It seems that your email provider has blocked incoming emails from Jotform. You will need to contact them and have them whitelist Jotform.
I have removed your email from our bounce list but still you need to contact your email provider.
