My client complained about receiving an error message when he was trying to send me a Paypal payment via Mozilla. When he was using IE, he couldn't see the entire form as the scrollbar was missing. This was only for the Paypal option. When he used the credit card option, he could see the entire form, but hitting the submit button gives him an error and says that he doesn't have authorization to make the API call.
I tested the scrollbar on Safari on an iPad, I seem to have trouble seeing the entire form when I use the Paypal option, unlike my client.
Could you please help?
Thanks & best regards,

First, the reason why that error appears is because you haven't setup your Paypal Pro API credentials. You should provide it on your Paypal Pro field.
And, regarding on the scrollbar, it's not actually a problem with the form since you were embedding the form as source code and iframed it on the page. I'm afraid we can't provide you solution to this but it might help if you were to embed the form as iframe directly to the page. Here's How to get Iframe Embed Code.

By the way, here's how to enter your Paypal API Username and Pass to the paypal payment field.
Click the magic wand icon on top of your Paypal field --> Enter APIs
