Forwarding me the wrong / old form, not updated with new questions

    Great service! I noticed that what is being forwarded to me is a form with questions that were on an old form / version I set up. I changed the form questions a while back.

    The form being sent to me does not have the the new questions so I'm not getting all of the information people are submitting, unless I log in to jobform.

    It's sending me an email with questions not on my form any longer and I'm missing questions that are now on the form, basically.

    For example, this quesiton hasn't been on the form for a long time, yet when I get my email it's on it....Activities: Professional Organizations, Associations

    This is question that is on my form but it's not being sent to me when the form questions ar forwarded.. "Any additional Information or Update"

    I checked the form number and everything is correct where I have the form on my website. Any help is greatly appreciated

    Never mind, I see that you select the files in the email forwarding section and they need to be updated when the form is changed

    Glad to know that you figured out the issue.

    If you edit the notification content, it won't be updated automatically when the form fields are changed. The best way to resolve this is to delete the existing notification and add a new one.
