    Custom Time Frame in Form Submissions Page is NOT Showing Submissions

    I want to delete a custom date range for submissions.  When I chose the date range it says no results to display, when there are indeed results.  See screenshot.

    Hi,

    Please try to clear your browsers cache and cookies. So with your Forms Cache by following this guide: How to Clear your Form Cache. Then view the form submissions again, see if you still can't see the submissions for the custom time frame.

    This worked, thank you. One question though. If I then click "Delete All"
    will this just submissions in my custom range, or all submissions?

    Hi Jason,

    That will delete all your entire form submissions - I have just tried that. So, please do not attempt to click the "Delete All" button. Click the red "X" button instead - it is one by one for this method:

    This is a possible glitch or something that need to be changed so I suggest creating another thread for this concern so I can forward that to our developers.

    Too late. I did just lose a bunch of submissions on a different form.
    Luckily they weren't as important.
    I'll put in a new support ticket right now.
