How to hide form fields for administrative tasks

Thank you very much, that's exactly how I've set the form until now.

The radio button would be faster as I should only click to set the status as "paid" instead of having to write it manually.

Thank you anyway for your reply.

Thanks for the input about it. Actually the mentioned guide is based on the use of a Hidden Box Field which can be used for a variety of things on your forms and a Status Assignment is just one prime example of that. I think this is probably why we have not added any further improvements or specialties to it since it can already be widely used for certain things on your form instead of narrowing it to a certain things that would only limit it's usage.

Additionally though, I think that what you are possibly looking for is an Improvement Featurette to allow that as an Option or even a whole New Feature to Support this perhaps? If that is correct let me know and I will happily add this to our Features Request List for consideration. But if i've gone offtrack of your original remark then please correct me.

I think I see what's being requested, it's something I'd be interested in as well. Is there a way to make more tools that can be hidden (radio buttons, etc).  It'd be cool if I were able to use a tool (such as the star rating, scale rating, gradring, etc) and then indicate whether it is hidden or viewable by those filling out the form. The current hidden text box does allow for lots of flexbility, but when rating applications or doing other administrative tasks, it's useful to have more discrete options if possible.

I'm so glad that I discovered this form building tool today! Thanks for all of the hard work that your team has put into this!

Thank you for your suggestion. I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread and escalated it to our Developers. We will inform you once we have any progress on this.

In the meantime, you may consider using the following workaround:

    1. Place a Form Collapse tool before your Submit button.

    2. Set the Form Collapse to Visibility - Hidden, and Status - Closed.

This will hide every field below the Submit button.
