    Hi,

I have a really long form. Once people hit the submit, they just get a blank screen. If you scroll up, you get the thank you, but no one know to do that. Is there any fix for this?

    Thanks,

    Janet

    Hello Janet,

In this case I'd suggest you to divide your from in multiple Pages, since the problem seems to be caused by the length of your form , you can accomplish this by adding the Page Break field.

I would love to help you with your form, that's why I wonder if you could share with us the link of your form to clone it and do the changes from our end. Then I'll show you how to do the changes.

    Thanks!

THanks so much. I didn't even realize there was a page break feature.

    This is the form: http://form.jotform.com/form/12554851754?

    It's on this website: http://dogslovewoof.com/check-in/

Hi, I cloned your form and added page break to split up the form pages. Feel free to clone  This Form if you need.

To add page break you simply have to add the page break field in between the questions.

    Page Break

    Hope this helps you.

Feel free to ask for further clarification.

    Thank you.

Hi jacque, Just test this form and you can understand how it is working.

Basically page break will breaks your form to several pages and place a Next and Back Button. So that user can navigate to pages.

Ultimate Use of page break was, it avoids loading the full form in single page.

Feel free to ask for further clarification.

    Thank you.

Even with the page breaks, which now made this form 4 PAGES LONG, the "thank you" auto responder is still too high up on the screen
    ????????
    Thx in advance

    @ jacque

Try re-embedding your form as iframe, this might help. How to get Iframe Embed Code.

Get back to us if this doesn't make any changes. Thanks!

iFrame jumped up to the top of "parent page", not the JotForm's "Thank You Page".
