Hello. I maintain a free and another JotForm payment. Both free and do not remit payment on the forms, and has sometimes if given and sometimes not.
This is annoying for customers who complain they do not serve.
I have found it alternating delivery or non-delivery of form and have found that the recommended configuration is correct. If I press the button "send mail" for checking if it correctly.
If possible indicate to the case, for which jotfrom is a great service but we can not be entered via web forms to check.
Even a few days ago, I received in my e-mail old forms. It is a strange behavior I have encountered a few months ago that jotfrom always worked well.

I checked and see that your form in account "registroprofesional" has not received any submissions yet.
Request you to let me know the username of your second account so that we can have a look and analyze your issue.
