Hey - great service !!
I would be great if clients could add multiple files at one time.
It would be great if there was a preview view for pictures, giving clients confidence that their photos have been uploaded.

You can actually upload multiple files at once with JotForm by activating the Allow Multiple button as shown below:
The photo preview is something that is not available yet. The concern here is that other file types can also be uploaded, such as documents, audio, video, compressed, and even executable files. I shall help you turn your request over to our programmers so that they can evaluate the possibility of implementing this feature.
In addition, the user will be notified with the progress of his/her file upload through the form's bulit in progress indicator.

Thanks for your help on Multiple pics.
Re Pic Preview: my input - I would just show a icon for everything else that is not a pic, based on the file extension.
