In my form I strat with a Form Collapse. With Chrome it is collapsed but it has an iframe (i belive is part of the script) expanded all the way down (1103px the length of the form expanded with no pape breaks) in the background color of the form. I also have two page breaks in the form. It works just fine with ie7, 8, 9, firefox 4, and safari. The form can be found http://www.lanetechaquatics.org/summercamp/

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
I was able to replicate this issue in Google Chrome when I opened the URL you provided. However, when I opened just the JotForm form http://www.jotform.com/form/1363146513 I encountered no issues. This makes me conclude that there is no issue with Google Chrome. The issue starts to occur only when the form's source code is introduced into the website's code.
What I would suggest for you to do is to replace the current form embed code with this one:
<iframe allowtransparency="true" src="http://www.jotform.com/form/1363146513" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:500px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
You have the freedom to adjust the height (highlighted in green above) according to your needs.
Please try this workaround and let us know if it works for you or not.
Thank you for using JotForm!

I did not like the way it looked so I changed to the light box pup up insted.
Got that to work on all browsers so I will keep that for now.
But any suggetions on why the issue would be great
