Incomplete Payment Section

    If a customers inforation is in the "Incomplete Payment" sedction in Jotform does that mean that they have paid? or was there a payment made? I have a customer right now who is saying that he has paid but I dont see his payment or a registration form from him that is in the completed section.

    If the submission list is displayed in "Incomplete Payment" section, that means the payment is incomplete. 

    If user don't settle the payment after being redirected to the Payment Page, this will be logged as a Pending payment. It will only be posted as a valid submission if the user completed the Payment and was able to completely process the transaction.
