I requested a passwrod change in order to get into my account however I keep getting a 116 error message. I tried diffrent words as well as adding caps and numbers.

Can you tell me in which page did you get that "116 error" message? After you request a password reset, you will receive an email that contains instructions on how to change your password. Follow the steps outlined in that email properly and you should be able to restore access in your account.
