Ok i just received a test so it works now thank you.
Also when you guys send me e-mails i do not get them. I used to until i changed my e-mail address from firstname.lastname@example.org to email@example.com

Have you checked the Spam or Junk folders in your inbox? There are times
that emails coming from JotForm are caught by the Spam filters of your mail
The mail logs indicate that the email alert was sent:
