Appointment field: Ability to add flexible event buffers before and after events

3. It must be able to add flexible event buffers before and after events so I can allow time to prepare/rest/travel etc. 

Do you mean to add some amount of time between each appointment? If so, you may consider adding multiple intervals as per your requirement in the appointment field.
