How to change css code from floating left

Asked by jcosner on June 11, 2013 at 12:14 PM

I really like this one template where the contact form is in an envelope.  The problem is I wish to center the form/envelope and I looked at the code and it says to float left.  I have zip experience with javascript/css code and have no idea how to change that one problematic thing with the template.  I thought it was me doing something wrong when I tried to center the form, but I tried another and it centered fine, that's when I explored the coding of the form and found out I could out class="center" all day and nothing would happen.

If you could tell me how to change the code to this one template so it does not stay to the left, I would appreciate it.  I tried changing the code on my own by "telling it to center" in the css coding...that was a mistake.

Please let me know if removing the float left is possible and how to do it.

    Thank you,

I don't have the site uploaded yet or I would show you.

    Hi Janice,

Your envelope themed form is center already upon checking it here. However, I've fixed some of the CSS in your form since it was messed up. It should be fine now.

Woo-hoo...you are the greatest...it works like a charm.  Many thanks for your prompt reply and repair to the form.  I was going to try to fix it on my own, but with my limited knowledge of coding, it would be disaster waiting to happen.
