We are looking at setting up an integration which pulls down a Form's Report via RSS, and then converts that data into documents which it will auto-import into our document imaging and business workflow system. My only concern is that as time goes on the RSS feed is going to get bigger and bigger without a human going in to clear the form submissions. Does your RSS feed allow any type of URL filter methods to limit results returned when the data is grabbed from the URL?
http://jotform.us/rss/31615260395048 would return all the submissions from this test form but it would be really cool and convenient if we could http://jotform.us/rss/31615260395048?date=2013-01-01 to return just the submissions for a specific date. Additionally being able to use start= and end= to filter between a range would be good too.
This would return all submissions on or between these two dates
This would return all submissions from this date
If the form is heavily used it could quickly grow very large, so filtering after getting the finished RSS would be less useful for decreasing load times and traffic to the jotform site than filtering before generating the data.

I don't think we have a function like this. Let me add this thread to our Feature Request list. However, I cannot assure you anything about this request.
For now, you may consider doing this using our API: http://api.jotform.com/docs/#form-id-submissions.
