Problem with Notification not being sent

    We realized today that an agent tried to contact us and we weren't sent a notification. Since then I've tried about five times myself and although the Auto Reply goes to the customer, the Notification is not coming to us. I tried setting up a new one, changing the email address, checking my email accounts, and everything is right.

    What could be happening?

    Hi,

    Probably an issue with your current Form Notification Settings or with your hosting provider. Our mail logs shows that everything has been sent just fine to your email address.
