Greetings and thank you for your message.

Can you please clarify your problem?

Are you unable to access a link in your form after it has been submitted? Do you wish to disable form from displaying if the user already submitted it? Are you perhaps referring to the thank you page of the form? If you are embedding the form to your website, can you please let us know the link to it?

Your answers will help us better understand your problem, and we will be able to provide you with a better solution.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Thank you Bojan_J,

    1. I wish to disable the form from displaying again when the user already submitted it and to avoid multiple same users' submission. and when the user goes back to the link it'll jump over to the thank you page or the link I embedded.

    2. I',m not embedding the form to my website. I'm using the jotform's web address. Here the link https://form.jotform.com/flgd/anginaacademyph

    Hi there,

You can set your form to only accept unique answers (eg. Email). This is to disallow your users to submit the form if the data they inputted has already been submitted previously.

    Complete Guide: How-to-set-Form-Limits-Based-on-a-Unique-Question

As for the users goes back to the form it'll jump over to the thank you page or the link I embedded, unfortunately, this is not possible. The user has to fill the form to reach the Thank You page or the external link you set. The least you can do is to disallow them from submitting to your form. Kindly refer to the guide above for reference.
